Counselling, Psychotherapy and Coaching
In a counselling relationship I use an integrative approach working with you to identify the best approach and tools that will help you to move forwards and work through issues and possible distress that brought you to counselling.
Types of Therapy I work with - Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Person Centered, Neuro Linguisitc programming, Meditation, Relaxation, walking and eco therapy (we can walk or meet in an outside space). Most importantly I listen, giving you time and a safe space to speak, be heard, be silent.
What are the Benefits of Counselling?
- Reflect on your own thoughts and experiences in a safe, non judgemental space.
- Relieve emotional weight and experience personal growth.
- Explore different ways of coping with life challenges and 'symptoms'.

Trudy's calm, quiet presence, and the fact that she allows me the time to talk and really listens to what I have to say, enable her to get right to the nub of a problem even when I perhaps hadn't managed to get there myself.
